Being healthy and happy is not complicated. The body's physical and emotional needs are simple, but because of most people's errors in dietary and lifestyle choices, it is inevitable that they will end up unhappy, unhealthy, and in many cases, confronted with diseases that are debilitating and life threatening — many of these reasons are due to the world that humans have created for themselves. However, one must remain mindful that the human animal is the same as it has been for thousands of years. The choices to live healthy and be happy are the same as they have always been, and they are quite simple.

Modern man has largely lost his way when it comes to the right choices to be made as they relate to health. This is due to man's mind being co-opted by misleading information, advertising, beliefs and habits that are passed on from generation to generation, and many other factors that are part of an extensive "laundry list" of the bad choices people make.
